Clearing background apps may cause data abnormalities. For example, if you clear the phone’s background apps and then re-enter the app, the advanced navigation bar on the control page (Mode, Fan Mode, Schedule) may freeze and fail to expand. Additionally, switching between Fahrenheit and Celsius may result in incorrect temperature data.
If any of the above or other abnormalities occur after clearing the background, you need to remain on the app interface until it returns to normal, which usually takes about 5 seconds.
If the data abnormality persists for an extended period, it is recommended to check the phone’s network connection or ensure that the device is functioning properly.
